Winona Ryder is Spock's Mom in 'Trek XI'

Winona Ryder has joined the cast of JJ Abrams's Star Trek XI, according to Variety.

Ryder will play Amanda Grayson, Spock's human mother in the Star Trek prequel, which hits theaters Christmas Day 2008.
