Famed Harry Potter author JK Rowling spoke with The Today Show in an exclusive interview to air Thursday and Friday, with portions scheduled to air on Sunday on Dateline NBC.
In the tell-all interview, the author reveals which character received a reprieve in the final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. She also talks of her plans for a Harry Potter encyclopedia, which would explore the histories of the characters she couldn't fit into her seven-book series.
