Beginning his days with Public Enemy as the first credited hype-man, Flavor Flav’s career was one rooted in soci-political commentaries against racism and class stratification. As Public Enemy’s popularity grew, so did the antics of Flavor Flav and his petulance for clocks, now in all shapes and sizes, and his run-ins with the law.
